“Income from fundraises like this help cover the cost of music, equipment, transportation, classroom resources, and fieldtrip aid.” |

Skyline Vocal Department |
|
In order to provide a better learning environment for our singers, the Vocal Department carries out a number of fundraising projects throughout the year. The money from these fundraisers goes right back to the students in the form of: sheet music, music notation resources (such as sight-reading books), other classroom resources, festival participation aid, fieldtrip aid, transportation, equipment and maintenance, instruments and maintenance, and awards to students. Without fundraiser money, the program would be very limited in what it could provide to students, as the school budget funds do not even begin to cover operating costs for the year. We urge you to participate in whatever fundraising activities you can to assure the success of the program.
Typically the Vocal Department will have the following two fundraisers every year: A Discount Coupon Book Sale in the Fall A Family Night at Friendy’s on Kirkwook Hwy. in the Spring

The Choir Boosters are singers whose families have donated money to the program without any reward except to have their name printed in the program for our concerts. This money also goes right back to the students and helps to supplement the yearly school budget. Thank you very much to the families who have donated to support the program! |
